central location, good views
central location city view helpful staff
the location was super. i could easily walk to the riverwalk. the magnificent mile was close too. the room offered a nice view of the city, i had good access. the staff was helpful with directions.
the ac unit struggled to cool my room. i noticed it never went below 74°f. i saw this could be a known issue on upper floors, i hope they improve it.

the room provided a desk and ergonomic chair for working. i found a small refrigerator useful for storing drinks. the bathroom included separate sink areas plus a rainfall shower.

the hotel is near many attractions and public transport. it offered quick access to the riverwalk and shops. millennium park is easily accessible from the hotel, that helped me a lot.

solid stay downtown
peloton bikes updated furniture central location
the fitness room was a highlight for me. i saw two peloton bikes inside and i used one. the updated furniture and bathroom added a touch of modernity. the central location made getting around very easy.
my room had considerable street noise even on the fourteenth floor. i could clearly hear the traffic. this made it hard to sleep well.
